The "Elina Matei Basarab" Economic Technological High School in Rm. Sărat operates in a historical building over 100 years old. The school has modern classrooms, laboratories and state-of-the-art practice equipment.
The high school prepares students on 4 levels of schooling: technological, vocational (traditional and dual) and post-secondary high school education.

- trade field - professional qualifications: Technician in trade activities - level 4 high school education and Selling merchant

- tourism and food field: Gastronomy technician and Tourism technician level 4 of high school education and Waiter, (waiter) salesman in food units and Chef - level 3 traditional and Dual vocational education. We are also provisionally authorized in the field of Aesthetics and Hygiene of the Human Body, professional qualification: Hairdresser-stylist-level 4.
